Why we built this

Most florists lose more to chargebacks and wire fees than they'll win back on ads.

It started with the chargebacks. Fighting each one takes real time and effort — pulling the proof together and filing the response — and without the right information and tools on hand, it only gets harder: the proof is scattered across phones and text threads, or gone. So winnable charges get written off, and one small loss at a time adds up to a real slice of the year's profit. The only real defense — proof the arrangement was made and delivered — has to be captured while the work is happening, not reconstructed weeks later when the dispute notice lands.

The tools that existed were bolt-on photo apps that don't know what a wire service is, or wire-service portals that don't trust the shop with its own data. So we built one the shop actually owns — data and all — that fits the bench-to-door workflow, then kept solving the next expensive problems owners brought us: being outranked by order gatherers, and the opaque wire-service statements we're taking on now.
