Floral Intel is a single platform delivered as a suite of named modules — orders, statements, costs, digital presence, partner programs — designed for the way independent flower shops actually run. We started from the messiest, most painful part of the work: defending against chargebacks. Everything else we ship grows out of solving real problems shop owners brought us.
Why we exist
Most florists lose more revenue to wire-service chargebacks and fulfillment disputes than they can ever win back through marketing. Each charge is small enough that fighting it — pulling the proof together and filing the response — costs more time than it seems worth, and they come often enough to add up to a meaningful slice of the year's profit. The defense — proof that the arrangement was made and delivered — has to be captured at the moment of the work, not reconstructed weeks later when the dispute notice arrives.
Existing tools are bolt-on photo apps that don't know what a wire service is, or wire-service back-office portals that don't trust the local shop with its own data. We built a tool the shop actually owns — one that fits the workflow and produces a recap a chargeback rep can hand to a bank reviewer without a second thought.
How we think about the platform
Floral Intel is one platform, not a bag of separate apps. The shop owner signs in once, and every module — orders today; statements, COGS, digital presence, billing, and partners as they ship — uses the same identity, the same audit log, the same look, and the same vocabulary. A team member moving between modules shouldn't have to relearn anything.
You grow into it. Most shops begin free on Listing to get found, move to the Shop plan when they're ready to run the day on it, and add Wire Service only if they take wire orders. As statements, COGS, and digital presence ship, they'll join the same plan — the common shell underneath stays the same.
What we won't do
- Sell your data. Your order history, your customer list, and your delivery proof belong to your shop. We use the data to run features for you, never to broker insights or referrals to third parties.
- Train AI models on your data without consent. If we ever build features that benefit from training on aggregated shop data, we'll ask first, we'll be specific, and we'll let you opt out without losing access.
- Make you renegotiate with the wire services. Floral Intel works alongside the wire services and every direct-to-consumer gatherer. We're not asking shops to pick sides; we're giving them better tools regardless of who's sending the order.
