What Delivery Confirmations does
The moment an order is marked delivered, the customer gets the delivery photo by email automatically. Fewer "did it arrive?" calls.
Delivery Confirmations closes the loop the moment an order is marked delivered. It takes the delivery photo your driver already captured in Proof and emails it to the customer, so nobody has to log into anything or answer the call asking whether the flowers arrived.

To the customer, automatically. The customer or sender gets an email with the delivery photo — the same photo that defends a chargeback also answers 'did my flowers arrive?' before they have to ask. Filing the confirmation with your wire service, and text-message confirmations, are both on the way.
Turn it on once and it runs itself. Your team's job doesn't change — they capture the delivery photo in Proof like they already do. The confirmation fires off the back of that, so there's no second app, no portal login, and no copy-pasting a photo into a wire-service back office.
'Did it arrive?' is the most common call a shop fields all day, and answering it means finding the order, finding the photo, and calling back. Sending the photo the moment the delivery is marked done answers it before the phone rings — and the same photo is what settles it later if anyone disputes the delivery.
Ten cents per order confirmed — once per order, however many ways the confirmation goes out. Plus applicable sales tax. It comes with the Shop plan. When filing with your wire service arrives it will be another destination on the same order, not another charge.
