Do you take a cut of my flower order?

No. We don't process your order or add fees to it. The directory points you to a real local florist and gets out of the way — you order directly with them, at their price.

Then how do you make money?

Floral Intel is a software platform for florists — tools that help local shops run their business. The public directory is how florists discover us. Listings are free, and helping you reach a real local florist is the point, not a transaction we skim.

Is it free for florists?

Yes. A directory listing is free, and any florist can claim their listing, or ask to have it removed, at no cost. We never charge a florist to appear, and we don't bury an unpaid shop beneath a paid one.

How is this different from searching Google or Yelp?

A general search mixes real local shops with national operations that look local. We build each listing from the florist's own website, organize listings by where each shop says it delivers, and show where each delivery area came from — the shop's own site and the date we last checked.

Where does your information come from?

From florists' own public websites. We read what a shop publishes about where it delivers, label how confident we are, link the source, and note when we last checked. We don't invent delivery areas, ratings, or details — if the evidence isn't there, we don't claim it.

Is the information always right?

We work hard to keep it accurate and honest about our confidence, but a shop's hours, areas, and details can change. Always confirm directly with the florist — and if you're a florist, you can claim your listing and set your hours, fees and how to order.

I'm a florist — how do I correct or remove my listing?
